Job Requirements
- Associate Degree or above, preferably in Hospitality Studies
- 2 years or above relevant experience in hotels or airlines
- Solid working experience in guest services or front desk support
- Self-initiative, flexible, detail-minded, energetic and good team player
- Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for all aspects of guest services support in a courteous manner
- Provide support on guests’ transportation arrangement and function room booking
- Maintain excellent rapport with customers by resolving their requests and complaints
