Responsibilities:

• Ensures all production occurs in line with Lidl’s strict Ethical Sourcing Policies
• Receive, upload and review weekly production schedules from suppliers
• Liase with Production Support Officers and suppliers on capacity planning / schedules
• Provide weekly in production traffic light reporting to Merchandise Managers & General Managers
• Notify key stakeholders of any major or critical production and quality issues identified
• Works closely with QA team to resolve any critical or major issues found during production
• Supports or conducts when required Pre-Production meetings in factory  
• Provide manufacturing technical support and procedure to reduce manufacturing costs and / or improve quality levels and production efficiency when identified
• Perform unannounced audits and inspections when requested
• Perform Lidl factory evaluations, implement and control CAPs

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or at least 3 year's experience in relevant field
  
• Autonomous, proactive, detailed and commercially minded
• Good command of both spoken and written Engligh and fluent in Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Outlook, Excel & Word
• A can do attitude with entrepreneurial spirit and project management skills are a must
• Frequent travel required
