We are looking for the high calibre candidate to fill the Assistant Purchase and Logistics Manager in our Central office:

Position Summary

To develop the procurement strategies to enhance cost efficiency and develop new suppliers regularly as well as spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring cost and inventory optimization.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement sourcing strategy to ensure the Company has negotiated with supplier on the best competitive pricing, terms and delivery;
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track and monitor inventory movement as well as maintain right inventory level;
• Control the annual purchasing budget and evaluate purchasing cost efficiency
• Regularly review suppliers’ performance to ensure food safety and maintain good quality and stable supply of materials;
• Maintain good relationship with local and overseas suppliers and regularly review existing contracts to ensure on-going feasibility
• Prepare regular procurement reports and related documents
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

 Skills Requirement

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement with proven record in managing supply chain operations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good management and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of using procurement system (e.g. ERP system) and ISO standard will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
