Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Air Outbound forwarding process.
• Communicate with customer and fulfill the request.
• Multi-modal Logistics service consultation for customer.
• Prepare order, B/L issue, booking, tracking and OTD management.
• Prepare Profit Analysis and contract to set up new business.
• Handle trial shipment with new customer.
• Follow contracted LSP.
• Prepared related reports

Requirements:

• F.5 or above 
• Minimum 3 year experience in Logistics and 2 year experience in 3PL or Global Forwarder.
• Air Freight Operation experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and good learning ability.
• High responsibility on work.
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Shift duty is required (Day / Night shift - scheduled on 1500-0000).
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
