Job Description


  • Provide quality services to handle inquiries and quotation from clients in order to assist Managers to do enterprise development
  • Assist to make a purchase plan, negotiate procurement and coordinate budget and equipment
  • Regularly prepare report to Managers, including to analyze product cost control and materials samples presentation
  • Input and maintain data into company system for business running smoothly
  • Work closely with different internal teams for various projects
  • Other tasks as assigned by Managers  



  • Degree holder of Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineer/Product Analysis and Engineering Design
  • With 1 – 4 years working experience related with procurement/purchase material/business admin/supply chain management
  • Highly preferred working experience in Manufacture/Electronic Components/Automotive industries  
  • Good command in written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in utilizing MC Offices, like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Candidate with less working experience is also welcomed
