Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality services to handle inquiries and quotation from clients in order to assist Managers to do enterprise development
- Assist to make a purchase plan, negotiate procurement and coordinate budget and equipment
- Regularly prepare report to Managers, including to analyze product cost control and materials samples presentation
- Input and maintain data into company system for business running smoothly
- Work closely with different internal teams for various projects
- Other tasks as assigned by Managers
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineer/Product Analysis and Engineering Design
- With 1 – 4 years working experience related with procurement/purchase material/business admin/supply chain management
- Highly preferred working experience in Manufacture/Electronic Components/Automotive industries
- Good command in written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficient in utilizing MC Offices, like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Candidate with less working experience is also welcomed
