Job Description
Major Responsibilities:

Analyzes current operating plan to determine opportunities for improving the process and workflow (e.g. analyze process flow charts and production schedules, etc.)

Reviews and researches daily and weekly trends (e.g., historical volume, marketing forecasts, recent economic data, etc.), and develops volume projections for planning to forecast future resource needs

Develops annual staffing projections by week and by day of week for processes to provide a cost-effective operating plan

Reviews and updates forecasts as required to maintain validity of forecast projections (i.e., ensure measures are still relevant and conform to accepted IE principles) and adherence to Business Plan goals

Assist with data analysis and inputs data to develop work measurement for any operation

Assists with special operating projects (e.g., Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.) to help achieve operational objectives

Responds to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from the I.E. management team to support operational analysis
Basic Requirements:
- Degree holder in Logistics Management, Engineering or related discipline with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Possess advance computer skills is a MUST
- Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in data analysis tools, intensive application in MS Excel & Access is necessary
