Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative to Director in both business activities and personal matter
• Manage and organize travel arrangement for business trips including flights, hotel and accommodation, itinerary planning, visa application etc
• Assistant in handling office administration duties, organizing and maintaining files, records and other materials
• Calendar management, schedule appointments
• Perform conveyance duties to Director and Guests
• Responsible for car repairs and maintenance, cleanliness and replenishment of fuel, handle renewal of licenses and other related works as required
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience serving top executives
• Courteous, punctual, honest with position working attitude
• Holder of valid Hong Kong driving license with clean driving record
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Willing to work overtime and flexible working hours
