Responsibilities:

Import permit and license application

D/O handling (including shipment follow up)

Declaration to HK Customs and Excise departments through Tradelink 

Coordinate with forwarders and monitor all inbound/ outbound shipments 

Prepare and handle shipping documents, these include: 

-        Handle full set of I/E shipping documents and Tradelink declaration independently 

-        D/O handling (including shipment follow up) 

-        Apply import permit and import licence and renewal 

Support to service provision on all I/E regulatory compliance 

Data processing, reporting and filing  

Monitor shipment status and documentation flow related to product traceability conformity 

Arrange daily inventory planning / control and delivery for sample products

Any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time

Requirements: 

• Good communications sills, willing to learn and be able to handle multi-task;
• Good planning and organization skills
• Good PC Skills in MS Word and Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• With minimum 2 years work experience in trading/shipping/freight forwarding industries
• Minimum Education: Form 5 standard or above

Disirable:

Strong analytical, structural planning and problem solving skills

Knowledge of import and export concepts in food industry is highly preferred

Shipping experience in Food industry is highly preferable

Inventory control & relevant work experience is an advantage
