This role will be responsible for supply planning and inventory management. Core job responsibilities include the followings:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supply planning and inventory management, such as, providing regular stock plan & liaising with overseas planning centers to ensure sufficient and timely supply to the market
• Responsible for different types of 3PL operations coordination, analyze the existing warehousing, transportation and export shipment processes for streamlining the operation
• Responsible for leading projects / programs in enterprise excellence, continuous improvements and margin & profitability aspects
• Responsible for managing and executing the export operation orders including Cross Border e-Commerce and Macau order fulfilment, from receiving orders to coordinate shipments arrangement with 3PL Logistics, customers and sales team. Handle custom declarations, export license applications and others shipping documents as per customer requirements.
• Develop and Implement SOP
• Responsible for system master record maintenance, such as item master to comply with related company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experiences in supply chain or logistics management
• Experience in supply inventory planning is highly desirable
• Experience in logistics operations is a must (either on warehousing, transportation, redressing or HK export operations)
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, analytical, high self-motivation and problem-solving skills
• Strong numerical sense and logical thinking
• Good knowledge of using MS Office, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Operation and Supply Chain Specialist
