Job Description
工作職責
- 負責業務部門的文件及檔案處理，包括業務單證的製作、流轉、回收、整理及歸檔；
- 負責電子報關及業務進展情況的跟蹤、匯報；
- 負責業務檔案輸入貿易系統，跟蹤資料流轉以及各類報表的製作等；
- 負責與業務相關工作對接，包括與部門內外部人員的溝通、預警及銜接；
- 完成領導交辦的其他相關工作；
職位要求
- 掌握國際貿易基本知識，熟悉銀行交單、信用證和電子報關等業務操作；
- 有良好的敬業精神，工作認真、細緻，有較強的責任心；
- 有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神，能承受一定工作壓力；
- 熟練掌握英語、粵語及普通話，以便與中國同事溝通；
- 接受偶爾出差到國內；
