Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations to Sales and Marketing Director relating to sales forecasting / budgeting and pipeline strategy interact with pricing and operations team to secure new business across the business.
  • Generate and maintain a significant pipeline of potential target customers for SVC business in FM Asia.
  • Work strategically – carrying out necessary sales planning and suggest the promotional strategy and activities to Sales and Marketing director.
  • Identify and exploit market opportunities, expand on new customers for SVC business to ensure profitability and high customer services levels.
  • Identify customer’s needs in order to offer difference solutions (include cross selling products)
  • Manage the RFP’s, Tenders, and develops sales proposals.
  • Research and develop new markets and improving sales.
  • Participate in project researches and assist in business planning
  • Maintain a good relationship with clients and ensure to delivery of excellent customer experience.
  • Working closely with members of the team to generate new business
  • Secure the new businesses, ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in line with business plan.
  • Prepare and realize marketing plans and commercial activities, make follow up with potential customers.
  • Define the needs/demands from customer, prepare Sales contracts and proposals, get the contracts being signed.
  • Develop new value added Sales services to meet the customers’ needs.
  • Develop action plans according to customer’s needs or complaints

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizing and management skills, Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong relationship sales building and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good PC skill including Microsoft office application (Word/Excel/Powepoint/Outlook)
  • Clear ideas and very good execution
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Open style

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in Sales/Business Development in related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in cold chain supply chain are preferable

 Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or associates degree in relevant field a plus
