Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day logistics operations and workflow include good receiving, order handling, shipping document processing, inventory control to keep track of quality, quantity, stock level and delivery schedule
• Well-versed in shipping operations for international trade including U.S. market
• Responsible for daily warehouse operation, handle and monitor the in / out transactions from the warehouse.
• Ensure import and export compliance and deadlines
• Handle daily enquiries on stock information and shipping details

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Management or related business field
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in electronic / consumer products industry exporting to USA/European markets;
• Familiar with MS Office applications;
• Good at written & spoken both English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and
• Able to work under pressure.
