However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Fleet Recruitment & Support Executive to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

Role Description

• Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our riders
• Walk rider through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the foodpanda platform
• Help brand foodpanda name and get riders excited to be on the road
• Being available to provide support to any project within the Operations team:
  • Fleet recruitment, training and activation
  • Equipment management
  • Fleet Support and Troubleshooting
• Work with Fleet Management team to make our process even better

Desired Skills and Experience

• Positive attitude shall be the main and 1st priority of requirement
• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree will also be considered.
• Enjoy getting along with people from different backgrounds
• Able to motivate people and be a problem solver when encounter challenges
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Chinese & English (Hindi shall be a plus)
• Basic Computer literacy
  
  Remarks: 
• 5 days work per week & 9 hours per day (including lunch hour) 
• Available to work on Saturday & work for specific shift until 7pm upon operational needs
