Job Responsibilities：

• Monitor the daily warehouse operation for VAS and dedicated fulfilment projects
• Handle daily order processing, stock preparation, materials control and procurement, development of SOP’s and SLA’s to accurately measure productivity
• Work closely with customers to maintain and schedule work orders on VAS system, timely update order progress to customers
• Collaborate with customers on VAS forecasting, continuously improve facilities and work procedures to meet customers’ needs
• Prepare regular reporting on VAS projects for management review

Requirement：

• 2 years or above experience in Warehouse / Fulfillment / VAS field
• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline
• Knowledge in fulfillment operations and WMS application
• Good in both verbal and written in English and Mandarin, native in Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong inter-personal & communication skills with good problem-solving skills
