To cope with the expansion of the Company, our client is now looking for high caliber candidate to join the Commercial Management Team in Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining agent network business, administer the tendering process and support the global sales team on customers’ servicing and sales coordination
• Agent Network
• Maintain agent database in the operating system
• Handle the commercial contracts for the agents
• Conduct researches to source for potential agents
• Compile performance reports
• Tenders
• Consolidate and analyze quotes received from offices and agents
• Compile the tender document
• Sales Coordination
• Prepare sales presentation materials
• Follow-up with customers on sales post visits
• Compile sales performance reports
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• At least 3 years relevant experience in Shipping Liner / Freight Forwarder / Logistic Co. / 3PL
• Form 5 or above
• Good knowledge of data analysis and project management skill
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint / vlookup / Pivot Table) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as "Trade Executive"
