Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue PO, invoice, packing list, other shipping documents and handle Tradelink declaration independently.
• Co-ordinate with Suppliers for materials procurement.
• Handle daily in/out bound logistic operation arrangement and order processing.
• Responsible for shipment import and export declaration.
• Update customer enquiry and shipment status record.
• Arrange forwarder booking according to customer request.
• Handle enquiries from customers and Logistics companies.
• Assist to set up new logistic service for fulfillment orders.

Requirements:

• 2 years or above related working experience
• Good command of written & spoken English and Putonghua
• Excellent attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills
• Hardworking, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office application such as Word and Excel
• Comfortable to work in a small team & in warehouse environment 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
