Programme Structure:

• 1 year on-the-job training on DC operations (for 7 months) and Logistics operations (for 5 months)
• Coaching, learning and excellent exposure in regional DC and global logistics hub

What you learn in DC operations:

• Monitor warehouse operations closely from scan-in, inventory, scan-out, and value-added services at regional warehouses in Hong Kong, Australia, and Singapore. 
• Closely working with markets, planning teams, and warehouse operators on inbound and outbound volume forecasts and warehouse resources planning.
• Closely monitor warehouse performance using KPI’s and reports to ensure service level expectations are consistently met.
• Ensure all warehouse SOP are being followed by warehouse operators and BB teams.
• Proactively work with warehouse operators and BB teams on process improvements to improve service level and reduce costs.
• To support other ad hoc projects as needed.

What you learn in Logistics Operations:

• Manage the daily operations of inbound shipments from Asia/Europe/US vendors to HKG hub
• Support the management on monitoring the vendor booking performance, forwarders KPI and share the corresponding action plans.
• Manage the HKG declaration and work out the enhancement to streamline the process.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree. Recent graduates will be considered.
• 1-2 year DC experience in retail, freight forwarder or logistics service providers are preferred but not essential.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel - VLookup, Pivot table, Word).
• Proactive and organized, can thrive in a fast-paced environment with good prioritization.
• Experience in process improvement and data analytics preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Strong communication skills. Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
