Job Responsibilities:

1. Draft contracts for business and services acquisition purposes and make sure the terms and conditions as well as procedures in compliance with company regulations；
2. Prepare supplementary documents to support business；
3. Conduct required analysis and reports for handling marine transport insurance and claims；
4. Evaluate and make recommendation on payment of insurance premium in accordance with the market rate and practice；
5. Assist the supervisor to investigate accidents and settle cargo insurance claims including negotiating with brokers, insurance companies, third party claimants and lawyers.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
2. At least 2 years relevant working experience;
3. Good understanding of commercial law and contract terms;
4. Strong knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices and procedures;
5. Proficiency in PC applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel);
6. Able to work under pressure and willing to learn;
7. Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
