Our client is the largest supplier of audio visual with strong global presence. To cope with their business needs, they are sincerely inviting high caliber to fill up the following position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the order receiving, shipping and billing in SAP
• Coordinate with 3PL and distributors for shipment arrangement
• Daily communication with distributors/salesman about queries related to stock availability and orders
• Work with distributor and 3PL for the document preparation for Form E/Form D application.
• Create BO list to clarify not shipped SKUs in this month and provide Sales.
• Assist to manager to fulfill customer urgent needs to borrow stock from other region sales.

Requirements:

• Good written and oral knowledge of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent communication skills and cooperative manner
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Highly structured and efficient way of working
• Ability to work independently, and Pro-active
• Charismatic and customer oriented
• Accurate, eye for detail
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
