Responsibilities

• Check shipping document from drivers
• Data entry and reply email
• Communicate with shipping company
• Handle enquiries from drivers and shipping companies 

Requirements   

• Form 5 or above
• Diploma or certificate holder is preferred
• Knowledge of shipping documentation
• Candidate with Customer Service experience is an advantage
• Working experience in logistic or forwarder company is preferred 
• Good Chinese typing and English typing
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Able to perform Shift duties
