We invite now high caliber talent to apply for Specialist Logistics (Project) (m/f) to join our rapidly growing team in Hong Kong. This position supports product development and commercialization with a fast-paced successful team.

Responsibilities.

• Coordinate cross functional team and evaluate the value of new projects
• Liaise with service provider(s) for new project enquiry. Support setup request for quotation (RFQ) document when needed
• Design process flow, user acceptance test (UAT), standard operating procedure (SOP) and KPI (key performance index)
• Manage and Monitor project progress
• Coordinate regular meeting with local and oversea parties. Provide project status update and visibility
• Implement projects into operations and handover to operations for routine business
• Review and evaluate existing projects performance and outcome with service provider, Asian office and country logistics department
• Report and escalate exceptional situations and tasks
• Conduct market best practice information
• Assist Senior Specialist Logistics and Manager Logistics with day-to-day and adhoc tasks

Your Profile.

• At least tertiary education with minimum 4 years of full time relevant logistics/operations and shipment management experience 
• Experience in similar position in logistics and  freight forwarding industry, with buying and sourcing retail environment experience is preferable
• Good command of both verbal and written business English as well as fluency in Mandarin essential 
• High level of computer literacy: MS Office and Exchange; advanced Excel knowledge (e.g. Vlookup, pivot table)
• Experience with Logistics IT/ ERP Software Solutions advantageous
