Responsibilities:

• Accountable for export order management coordinating schedules with the plant, filling out necessary documents, scheduling, invoicing, etc.

• Receives internal requests and place respective orders to Germany or other supply points

• Responsible for full set of import and export shipping documents, L/C and bank documents

• Co-ordination with customer, plant and forwarder for shipment arrangement

• Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years or above relevant working experience of logistics/ shipment in chemical industry is preferable. Fresh graduate is acceptable.

• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

• Well organized, accountable, attention to details, service oriented.

• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
