Job Description
We are a well-established Japan-based Trading. Due to our recent expansion, we are now seeking several candidates for the following position URGENTLY.
Purchasing Clerk / Shipping Clerk
Duties:
- Handle purchase orders and data input
- Control delivery schedule
- Assist Senior Clerk to handle relevant report
- Liaise with suppliers and clients
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Less experience with high calibre is also welcome as a TRAINEE
- Oral English and Mandarin is essential
- Knowledge of Japanese will be definitely a plus
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Humble, patient, well-organized, flexible in accepting assignments
- Stable character will be a plus
