Job Description
An expanding fabric trading firm (Korean-Based) is now looking for high calibre to join their dynamic team as an Accounts and Shipping Clerk:
Duties:
- Handle full set of I/E, shipping and banking documents
- Arrange shipment schedule, follow up purchase orders and merchandise delivery
- Assist in month-end closing & prepare reconciliations.
- Perform general clerical work
Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding / shipping / operational logistics.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Eager to find a permanent job in a company in a friendly atmosphere
- Immediate availability is highly preferable.
