Responsibilities:

• To work with internal departments to ensure a timely delivery of products to clients
• To execute daily allocation and maintain stock levels in the company's warehouse management system (SAP)
• To maintain and monitor the daily operations of Distribution Centre to ensure a high level of operational efficiency
• To ensure on time delivery of shipments so as to meet customer (internal and external) satisfaction
• Proactively communicates inventory issues and order changes to the management and customers
• Internal and external co-ordination and staff management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation for the assigned customer
• To prepare and analyses reports for management review
• To handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• A degree holder in supply chain/logistics with or related discipline any discipline
• 2 years solid experience in distribution centre operations
• Detail oriented, high accuracy, good numeric sense
• Must possess excellent collaboration, communication and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal English / Chinese)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fresh graduate is also welcome

Working Location: Kwai Tsing area
