Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Demand Management
- Deliver targeted forecast accuracy and associated KPIs, ensuring product availability
- Conduct Demand Planning reviews on a monthly basis
- Proactively manage the day-to-day forecast changes
- Coordinate the execution of the forecast plan with sales and logistics teams, effectively managing any exceptions with supply capability
- Manage and report significant forecast evolutions to sales teams and their customers
- Work collaboratively with sales and finance teams to ensure key assumptions are reflected within the forecasts
Processes and Reporting
- Management of accurate and timely performance reporting
- Support monthly S&OP meeting
- Support ad hoc reporting
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain or operations management field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ supply chain experience, preferably gained in different industries/businesses; Proven experience with data analysis and excellent knowledge of forecasting and inventory planning; With a background of FMCG industry
Technical skills: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Languages: English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) required.
