Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain

• Direct report to CEO, advise, guide and coach our department heads under Supply Chain Management to set up the Supply Chain Management for Tamjai International (TJI);
• Establish supply chain for new markets;
• Assist in building the Supply Chain System connecting all Supply Chain functions with the Group Finance system and Front line ordering system;
• Setting the appropriate transfer pricing with correct formula / recipes.

2. Production, Storage and Logistics

• Planning and make proposals for the Merging of the 2 central kitchens (CKs);
• Ensure the CKs are running in high standards;
• Set up necessary measurements and KPIs for the management of CKs;
• Oversees the overall storage and logistics of TJI facilities.

3. Purchasing

• Advise and set practices on Sourcing ingredients direct from manufacturer;
• Manage purchase prices and stock level;
• Establish efficient and effective flow of purchasing;
• Set up Suppliers Audit system.

4. Product Development

• Explore new items and product substitutions with Product Development Manager;
• Continue to explore new opportunities with costs savings or product enhancements.
• Establish and execute supply chain strategy

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Min. 8 years solid experience in supply chain management experience in food and beverage 
• Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, purchasing and central kitchen operations
• Experience with Supply Chain and ERP business processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Ability to manage new initiative and projects with can-do attitude
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
