Job Description

Responsibilities:

     Liaison

  • Work closely with customer service and sales team on the outbound to fulfil customer need; improve the customer satisfactory level and investigate into the issues by collaborating with internal customer and 3PL in a positive attitude, develop prompt and effective action plan for improvement.
  • Work together with the Australia team and Planning team to ensure the proper replenishment fulfillment to Australia market

     Asia 3PL Warehouse

  • Maintain positive working relationship with Asia 3PL, related internal functions and external parties
  • Day to day monitoring & reviewing of inbound receiving, outbound order processing, and cycle counting progress
  • Ensure warehouse processes are carried out within logistics service agreement and standard operating procedures, seek corrective measures when needed.
  • Collaborative operational planning with internal functions and 3PL to prioritize resources during peak times to meet business objectives
  • Help develop procedures for special warehouse short term projects
  • Audit 3PL monthly billing data to ensure data relevancy and calculation accuracy

      System

  • Compilation of data, reports, from ERP, BI tools and 3PL Reports to obtain operational and system status.  Flag exceptions and help determine operational / system maintenance action steps
  • Perform inventory synchronization analysis and execute reconciliation steps
  • Provide initial assessment on EDI related exceptions based on transaction data, reports, and understanding of system behavior.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in logistics and warehouse management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' or above relevant experience in warehouse operation, inventory management, logistics and shipping
  • Prior work experience in managing 3PL for apparel/footwear/retail business is preferred
  • Good understanding of WMS and the integration with ERP system
  • Ability to compile information from various source to provide decision supporting data
  • Good command on analyzing logistics data of similar kind of business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Positive working attitude
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Advance level in MS Excel and proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to perform overseas travel, when required
  • Immediate available is preferred
