Job Description

• To perform daily merchandising activities including project follow up, order management, sampling, packaging, supplier management, critical path management and on-time shipments etc.
• Source manufacturers and suppliers producing building materials for oversea customers
• Explore for new and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
• Maintain and update order-processing system, stock movement
• Be responsible for the whole merchandising process, including handling shipping related documents and logistics flow
• Work closely with both external and internal parties to ensure production schedules align with company strategy

Job Specifications

• Tertiary education with over 8 years' experience in merchandising
• Experienced in product and project development, follow up and negotiation
• Good knowledge of merchandising process and trade customs
• Well experienced in dealing with and coaching manufacturers and suppliers to meet preset objectives
• Independent with a passion in the products and knowledgeable about latest market trends
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in PC operations, especially for Microsoft Excel
• Frequently travel to explore new opportunities
