Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle members’ inquiries and solve problem via incoming phone calls
- Follow up and deal with members’ complaints
- Provide flight information, fare quotations, travel planning etc
- No selling and cold call
Requirements
- Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good communication, listening and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of airline industry, product and services is an advantage
- higher for good command of spoken Japanese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Team Lead
- Fresh Graduates will also be considered
- Immediately available is an advantage
Package
- Salary Range $15,500 - $21,500
- 5-day work week
- 45 Working hours a week (On Shift)
