Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-
Handle accounts payable vouchers and cheque payments for all operating expenses and staff reimbursements;
-
Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation;
-
Prepare accruals and postings at month-end and year-end;
-
Prepare regular and ad-hoc MIS reports and analysis;
-
Assist in preparation of Head Office reports, government census and surveys;
-
Preparation of tax calculation;
-
Assist in administrative work for the Team.
Job Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
-
Minimum of 3 years banking and audit experiences;
-
Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
-
Self-starter and fast learner with strong sense of responsibilities and commitment;
-
Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Access/Word);
-
Fluency in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
