Job responsibilities

• Prepare and review audit program for internal audit assignments on financial controls, operational controls, and compliance
• Prepare and/or review internal planning process, audit programs and procedures, processes internal documentation and reports on audit work in process;
• Conduct the risk assessment for the Group and develop risk based internal audit plan to achieve audit objectives
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years internal audit in listed and/or multi-national companies or external auditing experience
• Qualified Accountant is preferred
• Familiar with the Risk Management and ESG requirements under Hong Kong listing rule is a plus
• Working experience in PRC manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Working experience in risk management is desired
• 3 to 4 days stationed in PRC is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Assistant IA Manager"
