Duties

l   Coordinate with other finance teams for financial reporting and management reporting;

l   Prepare monthly management reports such as Division profit and loss report, profit and loss by contract analysis and any other ad hoc reports;

l   Prepare variance analysis, reconciliation, reports and schedules on a timely basis;

l   Compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder reporting requirements;

l   Supervise a team to carry out accounts payable, fixed asset management, general ledger, etc.;

l   To assist in ERP system implementation and enhancement;

l   Perform other duties and projects as assigned; and

l   Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of financial related duties.

The Requirements

l   Qualified professional accountant;

l   At least 2 years’ accounting experience (degree holder), or at least 4 years accounting experience without degree;

l   Knowledge in month-end closing;

l   Experience in service industry is highly preferred;

l   Experience in software development life cycle and be familiar with software change management process would be an advantage;

l   Experience in using SAP FICO;

l   Strong problem solving skills and self-motivation with strong communication skills;

l   Good command of English; and

l   Working location in Chek Lap Kok, Lantau
