We are looking for  the high calibre candidate to fill the Assistant Accountant in our Central office:

Position Summary

Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, follow up account payable, preparing product costing analysis and bank reconciliation and group subsidiaries’ accounting reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly & annual Financial, Management reports and schedules
• Prepare Journals for month-end closing
• Responsible for payment and prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare analysis reports and Fixed Assets register
• Assist in preparing and maintaining product costing and analysis
• Assist in preparing group consolidation
• Supervise Accounts Clerk to ensure accuracy and completeness of journals and payments
• Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement
• Assist in strengthening internal controls and streamline procedures
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required

Skills Requirement

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Student member of professional accounting bodies
• Minimum 3 years related accounting experiences
• Hands-on knowledge in ERP system and proficient in MS Office
• Self-motivated, strong analytical skill, problem solving and supervision skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
