Responsibilities

• Maintain the books of accounts for the group of companies and review daily accounting vouchers & all accounting work done by the subordinates
• Conduct monthly & annual accounts closing for the group of companies & prepare monthly financial reports accordingly
• Prepare accounting schedules after each monthly closing
• Maintain the companies’ cashbook, bankbook & petty cash as well as prepare daily cash position report
• Organise, supervise & train up subordinates in maintaining the books of accounts for the group of companies
• Prepare ad hoc reports as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or relevant discipline with ACCA Level II or above
• 5 years’ accounting experience with 3 years at supervisory level, preferably in manufacturing field
• Accounting knowledge with analytical skills
• Hands-on PC skills & familiar with computerized accounting system
• Knowledge in Flex Accounting system preferred
• Self-motivated, analytical & sensitive to details and figures
