Job Description

• Prepare documentary and stand-by Letters of Credit, monitor LC maturities and execute the renewal documentation.
• Capture pertinent data for reporting and assist in performing daily balancing of LC transactions.
• Provide other administrative support and maintain team’s filing system as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Economic or similar academic discipline, familiar with UCP 600 is an advantage.
• At least 2 years working experience, in which 1 years hands on experience on L/C operations with PRC-based companies in Oil Industry or Banking & Financial industry will be highly regarded.
• With I/E experience and possess working knowledge on Letters of Credit is a definite advantage.
• Self-discipline and independent, able to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Good team player with strong analytical, management and interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, both spoken and written; familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese character input is a MUST.
• Immediate available is preferred.  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant.
