Job Description

Our client is a HK listed property developer, they are now seeking a talented individual to join them as Finance Manager to be based in Shenzhen and frequently travel to Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Group’s financial reporting process and prepare project forecast and analysis
Coordinate annual budget and quarterly business review
Lead finance team to provide advise, training and guidance
Analyse and interpret the consolidated financial statements to facilitate reporting to senior management team and external stakeholders.
Prepare and review regular monthly reports on the Group’s financial performance to senior management, quarterly statements to shareholders and other reports and analysis.
Monitor the Interim and Annual accounts closing programme for the Group and prepare the Interim and Annual Reports in accordance with the planned schedule.

Requirements

Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications.
8+ years experience in accounting field with financial reporting and commercial experience
Experience in property development industry preferred.
Proficient in Excel.
Good communication and analytical skill
Flent in Mandarin
