Responsibilities

• Prepare vouchers, debit notes, accounting schedules, expense allocation and arrange delivery for signed cheques and debit notes
• Prepare cheque payment and web-bank payment through Straight2Bank System and SHKForex Global System
• Perform document administration including filing of vouchers and relevant accounting documents
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience in accounting
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Familiar with computerized accounting software, preferably in Flex Accounting System
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
