Responsibilities

• Review events related payments and ensure payment requests are submitted with proper approval and documentation.
• Ensure event invoices are issued timely and the amount & payment terms are stated in accordance with the signed terms / agreement / contract
• Overview Profit & Loss of each events
• Prepare monthly event reconciliation and accounting schedules
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting of events
• Perform general accounting and finance duties
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

  Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other disciplines. Student membership in HKICPA / similar association is preferred
• 3 years relevant working experience; with Travel industry experience would be an advantage 
• Proficient in accounting systems, advanced Excel skill and MS Word; 
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Initiative, detail minded, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
