Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage the daily operation in IT Procurement.
- Assist to liaise with vendor for price negotiation, contract terms and conditions, lead time etc.
- Follow up purchase orders, contracts, delivery arrangement and cost management.
- Assist to manage the daily operations of the Procurement System.
- Assist to liaise with different parties in IT procurement activities, i.e. gather purchasing needs on hardware, software and services with IT and Business users.
- Assist to manage IT vendor management activities.
- Assist to prepare IT procurement-related reports and analysis.
General Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Procurement, Accounting or related discipline.
- 3 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement / Accounting or related aspects, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
- Familiar with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions etc. will be advantage.
- Familiar with Oracle E-Business Suite will be an advantage.
- Positive working attitude with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive, Mature & self-confident.
- Take personal responsibility and accountability for own work.
- Good communication and writing skills (both Chinese & English).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input.
