Responsibilities:

• Report to CFO and work closely with CFO for supporting business operations
• Establish and improve management regime and systems for accounting, taxation, and financial information systems 
• Handle full sets of account and financial reports including consolidated financial statements, cash flow management, regulatory and management reports
• Prepare FRR reporting which in line with SFC requirement
• Handle corporate tax planning, tax reporting and tax filing
• Implement efficient internal controls and monitor the compliance fulfilling SFC standards
• Liaise with external auditors in interim / annual audit and other regulatory bodies e.g. SFC whenever required
• In charge of ad hoc corporate transactions/special projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy / Finance / Business with professional qualification of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferred with experience in Securities or sizable audit firms
• Knowledge of Yonyou NC Soft and other financial software
• Familiar with the rules and regulations for Hong Kong listed companies in financial industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and with high self-initiatives
