Responsibilities:

• Report directly to CEO
• Take charge of financial management and control functions including financial forecast, budgeting, business planning, analysis and special projects
• Prepare variance analysis and business analysis on the key costs and revenue drivers
• Compile monthly financial reports and commentaries
• Formulate and enhance the financial procedures to cope with the operational needs of the service
• Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of accounting duties
• Compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified CPA and a degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• High caliber business, finance and accounting professional with at least 8 years of related experience, preferably in NGOs but not mandatory
• Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient spoken and written Chinese and English
