Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall finance management and lead the teams to manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, consolidated management reports, annual budget and forecasts
• Assistant senior management to lead cost control, risk assessment and provide effective justification and solutions for projects according to business plans
• Monitor closely on the financial operation of all projects and provide financial guidance to management for strategic decisions
• Review and recommend finance related policies and procedures in accordance with laws, rules and regulations
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisers and company secretary
• Participate in ad hoc projects as requested by the management

Requirements:

• University degree holder of Accounting or Finance, HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 10 years post qualification accounting and financial control experience with 8 years at managerial level in sizable organizations
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting, taxation, regulations
• Extensive hands-on experience in financial analysis reporting, internal control, budgeting, forecasting
• Proficient in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command in both written and verbal English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Be responsible, self-motivated, well-organized with strong analytical skills and can work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
