Senior Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibility:

-          Responsible for maintaining full set of accounting books and records for the companies assigned and will make sure that both internal and external accounting standards and practices are met

-          Prepare daily cash flow and monitor the cash position of companies both in HK and PRC

-          Prepare financial statements and other analysis reports, breakdown for audit purpose / internal use

-          Handle Petty Cash

-          Attend periodical stock take both in HK and PRC

-          Ad hoc assignment upon request by superior

Job Requirements:

-          Form 5 with LCC Level 2 or equivalent

-          2-3 years accounting experience

-          Detail-minded and self-motivated

-          Handle full set of accounting

-          Computerized accounting system, experience in FlexSystem is an advantage

-          Familiar with computing software in MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

-          Ability to work under pressure

-          Immediate available is a definite advantage
