Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting routines, including voucher preparation, journal inputs, receipts and payments, shipping duties, etc
• Prepare month-end closing and analyze accounting schedules
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Liaise and communicate with external and internal parties
• Assist to handling ad hoc projects which is assigned by Management
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting related discipline with LCCI Higher or above
• At least 5 years of accounting experience 
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Good accounting concepts, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing, SAP accounting software
• Good communication skill and Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Familiar with mainland working culture or having experience on working with mainland colleague is a plus
