The IT Audit Senior Manager is responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing engagements related to IT audits, cyber-security, Service Organization Controls (SOC) readiness reviews and audits; and developing and managing staff. The IT Audit Senior Manager works closely with partners, managers and staff on client management, practice development, and business development. The IT Audit Senior Manager is responsible for an assigned group of clients.

Responsibilities 

• Plan, conduct and manage IT audit, SOC readiness and attestation assessments, assessing the design of controls, assess the fair representation of controls, testing of controls as of a point in time and over a period of time and report writing/development;
• Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, staff development, project scheduling, project economics and financials, quality review and client management;
• Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership material;
• Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work and targeted billing hours (utilization); and
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in IT or business-related major (i.e. Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accountancy etc.). Relevant certification (i.e. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CPA or CIA) is a plus;
• 6 to 10 years of related work experience in public accounting or equivalent delivering and managing related IT audit, cyber-security or SOC services with experience in a medium- to large-sized public accounting firm;
• Proficiency with COBIT and with cyber security risk, including proficiency with ISO 27000 and / or NIST Standards. Knowledge of IT general computer controls and application controls with different operation systems such as Windows Servers, Unix, Linux and proficiency with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc. is a strong plus;
• Leadership, business and practice development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills; and
• Good command of verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
