Job Description
Responsibilities
- To ensure accurate and timely month and year end closing
- To handle year-end audit process including liaise with auditor
- To prepare consolidation for the group
- To prepare budget, forecast and presentation package for top management
- To provide accurate analysis of project expenses from the accounting system
- To review and control expenditure across various development projects
- To review and report on projects to investors and lenders
- To manage the corporate governance and internal control issues for the company
- To ensure compliance of sites with relevant financial and statutory regulations
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
- Professional qualification in Accounting is preferred
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably gained from PRC based company
- Experience in property investment/development company is a big advantage
- Strong and hands-on in consolidation and financial reporting
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Able to work independently & be a strong team player
- Think positive and can work under pressure
- Meticulous, tactful, good interpersonal skill, and can work under pressure
- Immediately availability is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience or background will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
