Job Description
Responsibility:
- Prepare and input monthly payment for staff expenses reimbursement report
- Follow up vendor invoices with proper approval
- Make sure all payments are paid on time
- Follow up with vendor queries
- Timely monitor the accounts payables and bank balance to meet payment obligation
- Post entries for payment related transactions
- Assist in payment system/process development
- Assist in management reporting and ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience
- Previous system development and banking experience is preferred
- Good communication and computer skills
- Good language skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
