Job Description

A listed property development and investment group is finding a manager to join the Finance Department to lead the change and the implementation of a new accounting system for the Group

The Job: 

  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for workflow set up and system implementation
  • Responsible for the review of financial process, overall project planning and control, process design and review, UAT, documentation, master data maintenance, training and regular report to Management\
  • Review and design financial process and workflow for re-engineering and streamlining purpose, provide recommendations in case of issues identified
  • Design and implement system flow, accounting and control policies according to company guidelines and requirements
  • Shape and drive the implementation of the company financial strategy including delivery of forecasts, monthly management accounts and decision making
  • Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk management, corporate governance requirement

The Person

  • University graduate in Accounting or related discipline
  • 10 years of work experience in Accounting & Financial accounting field with not less than 3 years as managerial role
  • Proven track record in implementation of Oracle system
  • Qualified accountant with HKICPA/ACCA/CPA or related professional qualification
  • Result driven with the capability of working in dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Good command of both verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
