Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the CEO and the Board and take the role as Company Secretary
• Work with the CEO to establish financial and business goals for the Company and provide strategic recommendations to the Board and the CEO
• Support the Management in formulating, managing and monitoring the Company's future direction, tactical initiatives, implementing strategic business plans, financial and tax strategies, capital raising and budgeting process, cash balances and cash forecasts, fund investment and performance measures to support the strategic direction
• Responsible for the formulating of financial, investment and business strategies for the Company monitoring control systems to preserve the Company assets, results, and complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, financial forecasting, budgets and reports consolidation
• Report accurate financial results to the Company and ensure statutory compliance in HK, PRC and oversea countries
• Identify different business opportunities and potential risks based on various insightful financial analysis to stimulate the financial and operational performance of the Company
• Reviewing tax filing and formulate tax planning for the Company
• Manage company treasury activities including debt structure, loan financing, FX and treasury exposure, cash management and analysis, liaise with banks for banking facilities
• Manage company cash flow to meet the day-to-day business and operational needs
• Establish and develop relations with investors, bankers and auditors and stakeholders
• Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting/Finance with CPA professional qualifications.
• At least 12 years of solid experience in sizable companies
• Experience of financial management in telecommunication or IT companies
• Experience in leading the Pre-IPO process
• Good experience that demonstrates knowledge of the Listing Rules and securities laws
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong track record in FP&A and boardroom presentation
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Proven ability in capital raising and working with investors
• Strong leadership in effective and efficient consolidation of financial reporting 
• Must be a strategic thinker, pro-active, analytical, meticulous, organized and reliable
• Excellent communication and great command of English and Mandarin is essential
• Occasionally travel is required
